About Me
I grew up playing many team sports, and became fascinated by how teams functioned (or not!) and the important role leaders and coaches played in shaping a culture and influencing a team's success.
I focused my undergraduate research on team dynamics in rugby union, and Masters research studying culture in professional rugby union, using an ethnographic approach, which honed my skills in behavioural science.
I have worked with professional and amateur coaches and athletes helping them to improve their performance. I then applied my knowledge and experience from Sport Psychology to businesses - helping corporate executives, leaders and teams to improve their culture and to achieve organisational goals and success.
I'm an experienced facilitator and coach, specialising in leadership development and culture change. I've also worked as a tutor and educator in Sport Psychology and Team Management, and I have published several academic journal articles.
In addition to workshop facilitation, I'm highly experienced in delivering keynotes, webinars and interviews.
