SPORT & ORGANISATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY
Sport Psychology
Sport Psychology involves using cognitive and behavioural strategies and interventions to optimise team and individual athletic performance.

Completing an MSc. in Psychology of Sport in 2008, I focused my research on Team Dynamics in professional Rugby Union, using an ethnographic approach (culture and behavioural observation).

I have published academic articles on Sports Coaching and Wellbeing in Sport.

I offer a tailored service solution matched to the needs of a sports team's current situation, environment, and goals.
