Workshop Facilitation

Facilitating team workshops since 2005, this is my jam! I started out with sporting teams, and moved into corporate team facilitation in 2012. I love the feeling of meeting a group of new people for the first time and getting to know them, while helping with their goals - whether sports team or corporate teams.

My approach is based around empathy for any team's current environment, understanding of the individuals that make up that team, and challenging the group to push out of their comfort zone with conversations and activities to enhance their team cohesiveness, to achieve team success.

I use a range of models and tools from both the sport and organisational psychology areas - tailored to each team's needs - in order to enhance the culture of the group.

Keynote Speaking

I've been delivering keynote presentations since 2012 and enjoy sharing my experience and stories of what works - and doesn't work - in all things team and organisational culture, leadership and performance.

Webinar Delivery

With the world moving to more online content, I began delivering webinars in 2018 and enjoy creating insightful, engaging, and relevant webinars developed specifically for the relevant audience.

I've created and delivered content for audiences of 5-500 people on a range of topics including high performance, feedback, performance management, employee lifecycle, mental skills, and coach development.

Conference Presentation & Moderation

I've been presenting, interviewing, and moderating at conferences since 2019 on topics including organisational culture, high performance in sport, and racism in sport.
